• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (typically 1–3 business days).

Credit / Debit Card

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
• 3D Secure authentication is supported for additional security.
• Card payments are processed instantly — orders move to fulfillment immediately.

PayPal

• Available for orders up to $5,000.
• Pay via PayPal balance, linked bank account, or card through PayPal.
• PayPal Buyer Protection applies to eligible transactions.
• Payment link is sent to your email after order confirmation.

Cryptocurrency

• We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT, ERC-20 and TRC-20).
• Crypto payments provide enhanced privacy and are processed globally without banking restrictions.
• Orders are confirmed after the required number of blockchain confirmations.
• Wallet address and payment instructions are provided upon checkout.

Wholesale & Credit Terms

For established customers and distributors, we offer flexible payment arrangements:

• Net 30 terms — Available for verified institutional and distributor accounts after initial orders.
• Purchase orders — We accept POs from universities, research institutions, and government agencies.
• Volume discounts — Tiered pricing for bulk and recurring orders.

Payment Security

Currency & Invoicing

• All prices are listed in USD by default.
• We can issue invoices in USD, EUR, GBP, or CNY upon request.
• Exchange rates for non-USD payments are based on the rate at the time of payment.
• Formal tax invoices and receipts are provided for all transactions.
