Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every peptide we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Our Quality Guarantee

100% Quality Guarantee. Every peptide ships with HPLC/MS verification and a Certificate of Analysis. If the product does not meet the stated purity specifications, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Quality discrepancy — Product purity or identity does not match the Certificate of Analysis.
  • Shipping damage — Product arrived damaged, broken, or compromised due to shipping (reported within 48 hours of delivery).
  • Wrong product — You received a different product than what was ordered.
  • Missing items — Order is incomplete or items are missing from the shipment.
  • Non-delivery — Package confirmed lost by the carrier and not recoverable.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used (unless quality issue is demonstrated).
  • Custom synthesis orders (tailored to customer specifications).
  • Orders where more than 30 days have passed since delivery.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Change of mind or ordering error after shipment has been dispatched.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@kerisitepeptide.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Provide evidence — Photos of damaged packaging, screenshots of analytical results, or other documentation supporting your claim.
  3. Await approval — Our quality team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. Ship back (if required) — We will provide a return shipping label or instructions. Return shipping for quality issues is covered by us.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product (or upon claim approval for non-return cases).
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Wire transfer refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs are refundable only when the return is due to our error (wrong product, quality issue, shipping damage).

Replacements

In many cases, we can offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund. Replacement orders are:

  • Shipped at no additional cost via the same or equivalent shipping method.
  • Prioritized in our processing queue for fastest possible dispatch.
  • Accompanied by fresh COA documentation.
